We understand that sometimes things don't work out as. If you need cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of ordering. We have a flexible cancellation policy, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. 

We(POCCKET) will refund the amount  you paid  in 5-7 working days of the ordering date and time. The refund will only execute if it comes under the above mentioned cancellation policy

We at Poccket don’t have return policy. We don’t take back the product one's it delivered to you. Return can only be done if the product received  by the customer is damaged during the delivery time. Customer have to open the parcel when the delivery boys delivers the product and has to capture/shoot the video and send it to the below mentioned mail address. Our team members will get back to you and will guide you further.
